The Struts Unveil a Cover of Queen’s ‘We Will Rock You’

Glam rock leaders The Struts have shared a cover version of Queen's classic 1977 song 'We Will Rock You'. Whilst the original track remains one of the biggest anthems of all time The Struts manage to give the tune their own spin, launching the track with lush keys accompanying the stadium style drums in a cinematic fashion.

Desperate Journalist ‘Personality Girlfriend’ Video

London's Desperate Journalist will release their new album 'Maximum Sorrow!' on July 2nd via Fierce Panda Records. To coincide with the news, Desperate Journalist have also unveiled a video for their second single 'Personality Girlfriend'. Inspired by a 90s visual aesthetic, clips of the band performing the song are layered atop imagery of each member listening to vinyl records in their respective homes.

Mellor Share Their Ripping Indie Track ‘Vacant Stare’

Reading band Mellor will release their forthcoming EP 'Fragment Of Imagination' on May 14th via the Eighty4 Music label. To coincide with the news the band have also shared their latest single 'Vacant Stare'. Bobby Gillespie & Jehnny Beth to Release ‘Utopian Ashes’ Album & Shares ‘Remember We Were Lovers’ Single

Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie and Jehnny Beth have announced a new collaborative album titled 'Utopian Ashes'. The forthcoming LP will land July 2nd on Jack White's Third Man Records. The record will also feature Primal Scream members Andrew Innes, Darrin Mooney and Martin Duffy, as well as producer/musician Johnny Hostile, operating as the project band.

Black Honey ‘Back Of The Bar’ Video

With Black Honey's new album 'Written & Directed' currently out now and garnishing a vast amount critical praises, the band has unveiled a new video for their single 'Back Of The Bar'. Filmed in a retro, 60s style manner, the vid features front woman Izzy Phillips stylishly dressed whilst trotting around the city of London. Some of the locations include Dots Music Shop in Camden as well as the Repton Boxing Club in Bethnel Green.

The Underground Youth ‘For You Are The One’ Video

Berlin-based The Underground Youth are scheduled to release their new album 'The Falling' on March 12th via Fuzz Club Records. Sharing their song 'A Sorrowful Race' back in December, musically the four-piece have shifted their sound from the previous darker post-punk leanings to more of a relaxed rock packaging.
