London’s Ava James commanded quite a bit of attention with tracks such as ‘Won’t Look Back’ and ‘Between Sheets’, which is featured in the forthcoming film ‘Traffik’. Having been away from the scene for around a year, James makes her return with her new single titled ‘Passenger’. Produced by Bedlam, the soulful, beat knocking cut is a sultry sliding of RnB with a sprinkle of pop around the edges. Touching on the ways of a close friend, Ava James is back better than ever with hopefully more coming down the pipeline.

Regarding the song, Ava James stated:

“‘Passenger’ is inspired by my best friend who has tendencies to go off the rails. Sometimes when I’m with her I feel like a passenger as she drives out of control but will always be there for her no matter what. It’s like any relationship which is spiralling out of control!”
