Danish band Nelson Can take their sound in a different direction with their latest single ‘Limelight’. Adding a disco and dance element to their post-punk palette, the track is a pulsing offering that is seducing and enchanting in the same breath. With the beginning of the song simply driven by a bass line, a 4×4 kick and vocals, it’s not until well over a minute that the added magic kicks in. The track is currently out now via Alcopop! Records and will be featured on Nelson Can’s forthcoming new album. If this is a window into what we can expect, then we’re highly anticipating the release. Check it out.
