Listen to Hak Baker’s Touching Cut ‘Grief Eyes’

Having already built a reputation as one of the modern heroes of the modern UK indie folk and Hip-Hop scene, East London artist Hak Baker steps up with the touching recording with ‘Grief Eyes’. A track about various friends who are going through trials and tribulations of life, Baker’s exquisite storytelling ability creates a level of humanity and endearment to each tale whilst tender acoustic guitar play adds teary backdrop. An utterly brilliant release, Hak Baker is an artist who is desperately needed in this day and age.

Touching on the song Hak Baker said:

“An avalanche of pain and sadness torments my friends. I need Georgie to come back to us. I want Charlie and Tom Spiteri to expel the grief I read in their eyes. I wish Richie could come to us but he can’t. I hope Eugene and his family can find peace in their loss. Free Euge.”
