Paris-based musician Gaspar Claus has unveiled his new track titled ‘Ecstasy’, taken from his forthcoming album Cells, which is out Sept 25th on InFiné.

‘Ecstasy’ is a cinematic journey with Claus’ cello play decorated with swirling electronic production. What feels like a movie score for a film exhibiting the vast and beautiful desert landscape of North Africa or the Middle East, the song is an enchanting recording that feels timeless.

Regarding the track, Gasper Claus stated:

“These sounds were transformed, put through machines, digitized, stretched, sometimes metamorphosed into synthetic textures or even percussion. So it’s not a meeting between cello and electronics, but rather a story of transformation.”
