Scintii ‘Times New Roman’ Video

Having recently signed a deal with the Houndstooth label, Shanghai-based producer and singer Scintii has unveiled a new video for her single 'Times New Roman', the first offering for the imprint. Directed by Kynan Puru Watt, the mesmeric visuals feature the beautiful singer shot amidst a surrealist setting, with gorgeous lighting as well as moments within water.

Stream PREP’s New Single ‘On and On’

PREP have announced the release of their debut self-titled album, out October 30th on Bright Antenna Records. To coincide with the news, the band have also shared their new single '‘On and On’. With the track's origins being that more of a romantic handover, the glistening synthpop meets funk cut actually changed gears with the content being about someone who's made their exit from the relationship.

NKOS ‘BOW (Brave Old World)’ Video

Signed to Beatbuzz Records, in which the label owners profess to have discovered them at an Italian party, the band members are currently finishing their debut album.

The 15-track LP highlights a range of diverse artists from France who are currently blazing trails. Some of the artists featured include Ehla, Violette Fleur Bleue, Matveï, Premiere Fois and more. The record is a melting pot of musical styles from synthpop, house, electronica and more.

The Crowleys Share Their Breezy Tune ‘Simple Reflection’

Canadian band The Crowleys have been releasing excellent songs harking back to 2015 with their 7" record 'Fane Jonda'. With the group currently prepping a new EP that is slated to land later in the year, they have dropped a new track entitled 'Simple Reflection'. A summery splash of synth-pop and psych-rock, the song is stacked with breezy guitar riffs, a grooving bass line and even vocoder-dripped vocals. Lush and easing in sound, the 80s-styled cut is the ultimate aid for escapism.

Trio Jackie Lynn have announced the release of their forthcoming album 'Jacqueline', set to land April 10th via Drag City. The new record is the follow-up to their 2016 self-titled LP. The upcoming album also picks up from the story of the fictional character Jackie that was previously explored on the band's debut.

HANYA Unveil Their Latest Track ‘I’ll Do It Tomorrow’

Last month Brighton band HANYA shared their song 'Dream Wife', the lead single taken from their forthcoming EP 'Seas Shoes'. The group now delivers a second track titled 'I'll Do It Tomorrow'. Musically the tune is a dreamy taste of indie pop. With the hypnotic vocals of Heather Sheret backed by woozy guitar play and tender drums, 'I'll Do It Tomorrow' is a blissful delight.

With Minneapolis band Poliça gearing up for their forthcoming album 'When We Stay Alive', the group has stepped up with their third single titled 'Steady'. The track follows the previously released tunes 'Forget Me Now' and 'Driving'. A striking and beautiful ballad, the song touches on singer Channy Leaneagh's current life as a mother. Produced by Ryan Olson, the cut is another reeling piece, making it more hard to contain the anticipation for the forthcoming album. When We Stay Alive will get released on Memphis Industries.

Guest Singer Share Their Latest Single ‘Think Face’

Doncaster band Guest Singer are scheduled to release their second EP 'Limbo Days' on February 14th via the Heist or Hit imprint. To coincide with the news, the trio have also unveiled their latest single 'Think Face'. The track is a lush and easing synth-pop offering with singer Jake Cope delivering a slice of social commentary, examining our modern state of want versus those who have not. Whilst the song is ripe with pop melodies, the content rings with urgency.
