Italian-born, London-based musician Maria Chiara Argirò makes her return with a new album titled Forest City, the follow-up to her critically acclaimed 2020 LP ‘Flow’ with Jamie Leeming.

Written before London’s first lockdown period and composed afterwards, Forest City is an eclectic and moody journey of electronica and jazz, sonically creating the marriage of city soundscapes and that of nature. The album is comprised of 8 tracks in total and is available in digital format as well as vinyl.

Regarding Forest City Maria Chiara Argirò stated:

“It’s about being conscious of the world we live in and how careful we need to be. At the end of the day, there is hope.”
