Florence and the Machine have shared a new song taken from their forthcoming LP How Big How Blue How Beautiful, out June 1st. The track originally premiered on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show. Upbeat in tempo, the song’s content revolves around the idea of building something only to eventually tear it down.

Regarding the track, in a press statement Florence Welch wrote:

“I guess I was thinking about my own self destructive side, and how you can make something only to tear it down, enjoy/destroy, create/devastate etc…
When you’re in that whirlwind, you often end up breaking the thing you love the most.”
