Throughout the entire 2000s, DJ Q has been an essential go to source for the now generation of urban music coming out of the UK. From garage to grime, down to bassline house, the Huddersfield-born DJ and producer has served a large listenership of cutting edge tracks via his BBC Radio 1xtra show, as well as releasing his own bassline and garage records, including the hit “U Wot”.

On March 31st, DJ Q will release his new album “Ineffable” on Local Action Records. Guests include Louise Williams, Kai Ryder, Kassandra, Jayjayborn2sing, as well as grime emcee Discarda. One of the tracks taken from the forthcoming LP is the bubbling garage track “Be Mine” featuring Kai Ryder on the vocals. This is that premium soulful sound for the clubs that had thousands of people packing in the garage raves from day one. It’s time to start the party all over again!
