Priestess is the project of artist and yogi Kate Fleur Young. Created in London, she now works alongside with with James Mottershead and Jack Drewry to create an atmospheric listening experience. Priestess now makes her official debut with the single ‘Distractions’. Whilst tender guitar play accompanying Young’s emotive vocals set off the track, menacing electronic production shortly follows. Spacious at moments and quaking during other peak points, ‘Distractions’ is a dark handing that should attract fans of Anna Calvi and classic Portishead.
