Leeds trio PEAKES follow-up their AA-side release ‘On The Other Side / A Sacred Place’ with a new track dubbed ‘We’ll Talk’. Stacked with haunting synths and at times foggy drums, the tune shifts into a vibrant dash of synthpop, creating new textures and an alternative mood to the initial darker tones. ‘We’ll Talk’ is taken from PEAKES’ upcoming EP Pre Invented World, which is out June 5th.

In a press statement regarding the song, singer Molly Puckering wrote:

“It’s about the breakdown of a relationship and the decision of one person to cut their losses and walk away. When someone you care about continues to make bad choices and you’re left with knowing that you have to stop seeing this person even when you’ve invested so much time and care into the relationship.”
