N0V3L’s 2019 self-titled EP was high on our list of releases that year. Now the Canadian band have announced news regarding their forthcoming debut album NON-FICTION. Landing May 28th, the 11-track record will span the sounds of post-punk, garage rock, new wave and even funk. Sonically the new LP will also be darker than the band’s past work.

To coincide with the announcement, N0V3L have also unveiled their latest single entitled ‘GROUP DISEASE’. The post-punk offering features a funk-thumping bass line alongside spikey guitar riffs sitting underneath dystopian vocals. Whilst there might be a somber tone to the song, it’s definitely a fantastic track and great lead-up to what’s to come with the upcoming record.
