Snow Ghosts are set to release their third album ‘A Quiet Ritual’ on May 3rd. Landing on the Houndstooth imprint, the group have also unleashed their latest single titled ‘Rip’. Just when you thought Snow Ghosts couldn’t get any darker, this new track is an apocalyptic blend of disoriented electronica, post rock and even dashes of industrial. Haunting and intense, you can listen to ‘Rip’ down at the bottom.

Regarding the forthcoming LP, Snow Ghosts said:

“‘A Quiet Ritual’ maps out stages of the grieving process and how every individual deals with it in their own unique way. Most importantly how they handle their own heart and the other fragile hearts inevitably scattered around them. The song ‘Rip’ is about the initial shock of grief, the effect it has on loved ones and the untimely destruction of dreams.”
