Swedish trio Hey Elbow have released their new album 'We Three', out now via Adrian Recordings. Comprised of nine tracks, the band effortlessly incorporate the sounds of dream pop, haunting post-punk, post-rock and even experimental jazz.
Son Lux have announced the release of their new LP 'Tomorrows I', the first in a three-part album series. The digital version is out August 14th on the City Slang imprint with the physical copes landing in 2021. Son Lux have also unveiled their latest single titled 'Plans We Made', which is taken from 'Tomorrows I'.
Snow Ghosts are set to release their third album 'A Quiet Ritual' on May 3rd. Landing on the Houndstooth imprint, the group have also unleashed their latest single titled 'Rip'. Just when you thought Snow Ghosts couldn't get any darker, this new track is an apocalyptic blend of disoriented electronica, post rock and even dashes of industrial.
There is an organic beauty to the music of Boreals that lie somewhere between maturely sophisticated and youthfully innocent. Sometimes joyously celebratory, sometimes touchingly emotional, it is that ability to pierce points of feeling that the Barcelona based band do so skillfully.
