Joshua Luke Smith opens the window to parts of his childhood in his new single and video ‘Carry Me’. Directed by James Green, the story line revolves around four friends who are hanging out at night whilst drinking, smoking and getting into mischief. Meanwhile a worried mother looks at her son’s baby picture wondering where things went wrong. Towards the end, one of the boys in the pack decides to take a step in the right direction by leaving everyone and running home. Clips of Smith delivering the passionate narrative are weaved in between. ‘Carry Me’ is currently out now on Orphan No More. Check it out.
