Donna Blue is the Dutch band comprised of Danique van Kesteren and Bart van Dalen who create a sound that is extraordinarily dreamy and warming. With a charming mixture of 60s pop and psychedelic, which are performed in both English and French, it could be said that they are one of the musical links between the now and classic acts such as Serge Gainsbourg.

Releasing their debut album Dark Roses back in 2022, the record garnished critical praises and spins by radio presenters and musicians alike including none other than Elton John. A cinematic presentation, Dark Roses oozed sophistication as the kaleidoscopic rhythms danced out the speakers.

With their second album titled Into the Realm of Love out March 8th on Snowstar Records, Donna Blue’s latest single ‘Aphrodite’ is a window of the upcoming release, giving fans a taste of what to expect. Rest assured it will be another gorgeous and lavish musical exploration.
