London pair Alpines have announced the release of their second album Another River’, which follows their 2014 debut LP ‘Oasis’. Scheduled to land October 28th on Metropolis Recordings, the new work is a 10-song body finding the duo tapping further into their branding of silky r&b/pop hybrids, always dripping with sophistication. They have also set things off in the right direction with their lead single off the album entitled ‘Heaven’. The gorgeous tune is backed by tribal drums with singer Catherine Pockson’s vocals dripping over the production smoother than honey. The single is currently out now, however you can stream the track below.
