After a series of singles throughout the year, Lisbon’s MAQUINA. have released their new album BODY TRANSMISSION via the Fuzz Club imprint. The record is the follow-up to their 2024 debut PRATA.

Produced alongside Hugo Valverde, the new work finds the band delving again into the dance space, incorporating punk, noise rock, industrial, EBM, and aspects of techno. Fine tuning the details of their sound since their initial release, the album is packed with body shaking rhythms, and stone grit that penetrates any dance floor.

Touching on the album, MAQUINA. stated:

“We wanted it to feel heavy, focused and relentless. We kept the tempo up and the energy peaking. It’s an ‘always-on’ record.”
