Austin-based band Why Bonnie have shared the video to their new track ‘Voice Box’. The Shelby Bohannon-directed visuals resemble an 80s perfume advert with slogans typically thrown at those who tend to voice their opinions and speak their minds. The video brilliantly compliments the dreamy track, which is indeed a blissful offering from the Texas talents. ‘Voice Box’ is the title track taken from Why Bonnie’s forthcoming EP, out April 10th via Fat Possum Records.
In regards to the song, Why Bonnie singer Blair Howerton stated:
“It encapsulates a disconnect between my inner and outer world, and not being able to express myself authentically because of that. But, ultimately knowing I will crash and burn if I don’t.”
