Urban Nerds bring you a brand new event concept, focused on showcasing the freshets artists cutting their teeth and making waves in their respective scenes. The first in the Ones To Watch Live event series sees us team up with resident DJ, Marcus Nasty and his Jacking Bass night to bring you the best in the genre as well as a heap load of its garage, house and bass offshoots.

Basing House is the location, on Kingsland Road, and since its opening not so long ago has been a welcome addition to the East End nightlife scene with its warehouse-esque feel inside, roof terrace, devastating Funktion 1 sound system and late licence.

The line up includes Marcus himself, who doesn’t need much of an introduction along with a whole host of DJs who are turning heads at the moment. We’ve got Lorenzo (Cause & Affect) who’s part of two of the most exciting labels, Food Music & DirtyBird, the original UN resident and now on the Kiss FM Fresh DJs rotation Rattus Rattus, another from Food Music Pete Graham, Nottingham collective Tumble Audio as well as DJ Kraze and Daddy Nature.
