Fresh on the scene is Manchester band Umarells, who have made their debut with the single ‘June’. The track is taken from their forthcoming EP One More Day, slated to land November 8th on Fear of Missing Out Records.

A tender and moody dream pop cut, ‘June’ deals with those moments of finding hope during a time where life seems to be at its darkest. While there is a somber tone to the track, the production still has a hopefulness and a beauty that indeed provides a ray of light.

Touching on the track, Umarells mentioned:

“‘June’ is “the epitome of the lighter days coming in through a dark winter; someone who pulls you out of a depressive slump by just being around. Seeing the sun through your curtains after countless grey days.”
