One of the heavyweights of digital deejaying, Native Instruments, releases their latest Scratch version with Traktor Scratch Pro 2. Traktor was one of the original softwares that allowed multiple turntable mixing with its four track deck incorporation, not to mention it’s ability to record, broadcast and it’s notable soundcard reputation. The new features in Traktor Scratch Pro 2 includes two additional inputs and outputs on the front side for FX send and returns, 40 original loops as well as 10 tracks from the famous Loopmasters DJ mixtool series, four slot sample decks including the ability to tweak the volume and filter of each sample, new detailed TruWave waveforms for ease of mixing and a long list of other goodies that makes this latest software version a powerhouse. Native Instruments has continued it’s tradition of making digital deejaying as creative and fully resourceful as possible.
