With their Unhappy Days remix EP landing November 13th on Distiller Records, Glasgow band The Ninth Wave have been sharing a number of reworks of their songs including versions by Working Men’s Club, Mogwai and Low Spirits. The band now unveil a remix of their song ‘Abattoir’ by none other than London-based band Dream Wife. Dark and menacing, musically the production steers away from what we are typically used to from the trio. However, it is a perfect fit for The Ninth Wave as haunting vocals are accompanied by the eerie production that has a slight goth tinge around the edges.
