Whilst a title like ‘White Knuckles’ may provoke violent visuals in terms of a video, Tegan and Sara have kept it quite simple. Enlisting Minister Akins to handle the direction and editing, clips of the video are black and white shots of two dancers performing choreographed moves in a forest. There is quite a bit of emotionalism happening with the routines, and we should also mention that there is shattering glass in a couple of scenes, but that’s the basics of it.
