Last year London band Wolf Alice released their incredible third album 'Blue Weekend'. Critically acclaimed across the board, it was one of the best LPs to get released in 2021.
After releasing their successful 'Blue Weekend' album back in 2021, Wolf Alice have announced the release of their forthcoming EP titled 'Blue Lullaby'. Scheduled to land June 24th, the record will feature songs that were previously on 'Blue Weekend', redone in a more stripped down and emotive manner.
London band Wolf Alice have unveiled the video to their single 'Smile', taken from their upcoming LP 'Blue Weekend', out June 11th. Directed by Jordan Hemingway, the group perform at a pub filled with quite the rowdy characters. Visually the cinematography is reminiscent of videos from the 90s with cross processed style post production.
With it being over three years since the release of Wolf Alice's sophomore LP 'Visions of a Life', the London band have announced the release of their third album entitled 'Blue Weekend' landing June 11th.
Wolf Alice have delivered the visual treatment to their single 'Sadboy', taken from their latest album 'Visions Of A Life'. The video portrays singer Ellie Rowsell as someone who clearly has an alcohol problem. Taking a drink before she leaves to go to a party with the rest of the band, she finds herself drunk to the point of entering another world which is dark and separated from the rest of her friends. The video is shot in a Super 8mm style giving it a retro look. Check it out.
With their second album 'Visions of a Life' released back in September of last year, Wolf Alice have shared a new remix of their song 'Don't Delete The Kisses' by none other than Charli XCX and L.A.-based duo Post Precious. Using effects to manipulate the vocals of Ellie Rowsell, the pop rework is backed by husky synths and elongated bass binges. This is definitely a contrast to the original but is enjoyable none the less. Have a listen.
London band Wolf Alice are on the verge of releasing their anticipated sophomore album 'Visions Of A Life', which lands September 29th. Having recently shared the video for their song 'Beautifully Unconventional', the group now unveil a cut entitled 'Heavenward'. Mountainous in terms of production which is standard in every bit of Wolf Alice fashion, the song is another lovely precursor to the upcoming LP.
London band Wolf Alice have shared the video for their single 'Don't Delete the Kisses'. What you have here are two lovers who practically are using every moment whilst riding the train to kiss one another uncontrollably. It gets so bad that riders next to them have to move. Now for anyone who has more than enough experience riding London transport knows that it's not always the most pleasurable experience, let alone having to deal with two people jumping on each other like horny rabbits. But then again, maybe we should all adopt that loving attitude.
Wolf Alice have announced the release date of their forthcoming album 'Visions Of A Life'. Scheduled to land September 29th, the new record follows their critically acclaimed debut album 'My Love Is Cool', released back in 2015. They have also shared a track taken from the new work entitled 'Yuk Foo' which you can check out via a YouTube lyric video below.
