San Francisco band Tycho have announced the release of their new instrumental album 'Simulcast', landing February 28th on Mom + Pop / Ninja Tune. The record will include new remakes of tracks taken from their 2019 GRAMMY Award-nominated LP 'Weather', which previously featured vocalist Saint Sinner.
With their album 'Weather' currently out now, Tycho have announced the release of their new interactive 'Forecast' weather app. Users can enjoy a curated playlist of songs taken from 'Weather' which will coincide with the actual forecast of the day.

Visual artist and producer Scott Hansen has shared a new track under his Tycho project called 'Jetty'. The song is featured on the upcoming 'Ninjawerks Volume 1' soundtrack, out December 14th via Astralwerks. The track is an atmospheric soundscape of electronica driven by 4x4 drum patterns, with Tycho's signature building block of plush effects and bursting twinkles, with the production inhabiting a meditative quality.
San Francisco-based team Poolside add their 4x4 flair, reworking the Tycho single 'Horizon'. Crafting a breath-taking and ethereal space disco meets tech house blend, complimenting the already atmospheric and moody original version. 'Horizon' is taken from Tycho's GRAMMY nominated album 'Epoch' which was released back in 2016.
Scott Hansen recently rounded out a trilogy release for his Tycho project with the incredible new album 'Epoch'. Now one of the highlight tracks on the LP, 'Division', gets the remix treatment. With the original already a beautiful work of art, producer Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith creates her hypnotic and interstellar take on the tune, whilst Heathered Pearls contributes a 4x4 spin, presenting something moody and husky for the dance floor.
