New York artist Danielle Johnson aka Computer Magic has built a strong reputation on driving down the experimental roads of electronica. Having pushed the envelope for a number of years, Johnson's latest EP 'Obscure but Visible' finds the singer/producer scaling back slightly, delving into lush synth-pop rhythms that still flies past that of the standard. Emdedding traces of new wave, pop rock and more, this is Computer Magic at her best, delivering quality product that is accessible yet still forward-thinking.
