Let’s face it, the people of Jamaica can proudly boast the fact that the fastest man on the planet hails from the country, and the Swedish can basically claim reputation for having the best pop artists. In the case of Erika Soldh Ahlström and Marta Petterson aka I Am Karate, they are only elongating Sweden’s extensive list as the Stockholm pair now unveil their new track ‘Swayze’. The bouncing mix of electro and pop is tightly weaved togther with shuttering synths, thumping drums and uber-catchy vocals. Of course the song is a dedication to the actor Patrick Swayze, and what better way to pay homage? ‘Swayze’ is currently out now. Have a listen.
