Let's face it, every December the Christmas songs come pouring in, with many of them being just plain cheesy. However, Manchester band PINS have decided to contribute to the Xmas list of tunes by actually doing a cover version of the Ramone's 'Merry Christmas (I Don't Want To Fight Tonight)', originally taken from their 1989 LP 'Brain Drain'.
With their latest album 'Hot Slick' currently out now, Manchester band PINS bring forth more remixes to their single 'Ghosting'. Having already unleashed reworks from Leather Party, Numbers and Wrench, YoUTH and a whole heap more, they now reveal four more versions provided by Dismembered Sound Booth and Hey Bulldog. Multimedia collective Dismembered Sound Booth have actually created three remakes out of the four new editions.
Manchester band PINS have released their third album 'Hot Slick'. Comprised of ten songs in total, the record finds the trio expanding their sound beyond their earlier post-punk roots, incorporating electro, dance and indie pop rhythms. The new work follows their 2015 album 'Wild Nights'. Although a 5 year gap, PINS dropped a slew of singles including 'Aggrophobe' featuring Iggy Pop, 'Bad Thing' and 'Serve The Rich'.

While husky synths drive through the production, the playful melodies and stadium style chorus give the song a fun appeal, not to mention is highly anthemic.

We have been raving about Manchester-based punk band PINS for a little while now. With a sound energetic and full of life, the foursome have shared the video for their latest Iggy Pop collaboration track 'Aggrophobe'. Stylishly directed by Olivier Richomme, the video finds the girls fashionably dressed whilst doing random things backstage in the midst of waiting to come out and perform on stage. Without knowing, the crowd is impatiently getting fed up after sitting through a number of bad acts.
