Rude Kid Unleashes His ‘Wiley Kat’ Track Taken From ‘Noah’s Ark’

London producer Rude Kid has been on sheer fire lately. With his new instrumental EP 'Noah's Ark' landing March 25th, the grime head honcho now shares the track 'Wiley Kat'. Clearly paying homage to the 'Godfather of Grime' Wiley, the production incorporates classic grime compositions with sinister strings weaved around a menacing bass line. Speaking to i-D Magazine, Rude Kid mentioned: "I named this tune after the godfather of grime, Wiley, because when I was making it I was picturing him MCing over the tune. I think he was the first person I showed it to when it was done and I was flattered that he loved it. It's the perfect tune for my DJ sets."

Rude Kid Announces ‘Noah’s Ark’ EP + Streams ‘Oh My Bass’

East London grime producer Rude Kid is set to release his forthcoming EP 'Noah's Ark' on March 25th via the Rinse label. Comprised of four instrumental tracks, the new recording will feature a hybrid of golden age grime style production, jungle and intense bass. One of the songs featured on 'Noah's Ark' is the track 'Oh My Bass', which if you have been listening to Sir Spyro's Rinse FM show over the past month and a half, you would have heard it being dropped in sets, notably the episode with Ghetts and Rude Kid himself.
