UK legend MJ Cole has released his new album 'MJ Cole presents Madrugada'. Comprised of 12 songs in total, the LP was recorded with violinist and arranger Tobie Tripp, as well as a 14-piece orchestra. Crafting absolutely gorgeous piano-led compositions, the record highlights the producer and musician's ability to step into spaces of classical and jazz whilst still taking the listener on a cosmic voyage, something that he has effortlessly done throughout the years.
MJ Cole has shared a new remix of his unreleased track 'Dizzy New Heights', courtesy of Bristol producer Shanti Celeste. Bumping up the BPMs, melodic and stabbing piano strokes are placed atop pumping 4x4 drum kicks. Although the rework is surely tailored for the clubs, Gervais manages to preserve the ethereal tone of the original. This is a cut that will surely go over well in Ibiza and beyond. Having released his 'Foundations' EP back in October of this year, UK garage legend MJ Cole is prepping for the second EP in the series titled 'Waking Up', scheduled to land in 2019. To coincide with the news, Cole has shared the title track, which is also the leading single taken from the upcoming record. Enlisting singer Freya to provide gorgeous vocals on the song, production wise, the cut is rich with depth, emotionally charged as tender piano play is the foundation before an epic build-up in the tune. Another stellar offering, MJ Cole yet again proves why he is indeed a master of his craft.
