Russian DJ and producer Kate Ozz has released her latest EP 'Venus Rising' via the Soulfooled imprint. Comprised of three original tracks with a remix offering courtesy of Ivory, the record is stacked with sultry deep house cuts bursting at the seams with intricate arrangements.
Miami punk trio Las Nubes has been pumping out releases spanning over the last six years. With their sound ranging from lo-fi to all out punk and noise rock, the group have been known to drop lyrics in both English and Spanish. Having recently dropped a split EP with fellow Miami band Palomino Blond, Las Nubes now step forth with their latest single titled 'Demonize'. Sonically the band delivers more of an airy dream pop sound with ripping punk highs throughout the hook.
French-born, Miami-based producer Cedric Gervais has shared a new remix of MJ Cole's 'Waking Up' featuring Freya Ridings. Bumping up the BPMs, melodic and stabbing piano strokes are placed atop pumping 4x4 drum kicks. Although the rework is surely tailored for the clubs, Gervais manages to preserve the ethereal tone of the original. This is a cut that will surely go over well in Ibiza and beyond.
