Bristol legends Massive Attack have been dropping single after single since releasing their 'Ritual Spirit' EP earlier this year. The group now bring forth their new video for 'The Spoils' featuring Hope Sandoval. Directed by John Hillcoat, Cate Blanchett is the lead star as her face is shown on the screen from different angles, eventually morphing into different textures which are displayed via CGI effects. 'The Spoils' is currently available for purchase now. Check it out.

Massive Attack unleash the video for their song 'Voodoo In My Blood' featuring Young Fathers. Taken from Massive Attack's latest EP 'Ritual Spirit', the trippy vid features a woman who is walking down a hallway only to come face to face with a flying sphere. The sphere ends up taking control over the woman's mind and body, forcing her to do movements such as slamming into the wall. Now if you know anything about Massive Attack, then you should be able to pick up the underlying theme within the video. Check it out.
Massive Attack's new 'Ritual Spirit' EP, in our opinion, has jumped straight to the top as the best release of 2016 so far. Of course we have a long way until the end of the year, but the four track bit is so entrancing that you can call it sonic voodoo.
The Bristol-originated group has unveiled the video for one of the biggest cuts on the EP entitled 'Take It There' featuring early Massive Attack member Tricky. Directed by Hiro Murai, it features actor John Hawkes staggering in a disoriented manner throughout the streets of Los Angeles, as a group of zombie like dancers trail around him.
