Listen to Alan Vega’s ‘Filthy’

With the new Alan Vega album 'Mutator' scheduled to drop April 23rd via Sacred Bones Records, the label has unveiled another single from the late, iconic singer titled 'Filthy'. Produced by Liz Lamere and Jared Artaud, 'Filthy' is a musical apocalyptic onslaught embodying some of the earlier synth-punk sounds of Alan Vega's band Suicide as well as a bit of industrial.

The Horrors Return with Their New Track ‘Lout’

2017 was the last time that The Horrors released their album 'V'. They did release a remix version of the LP in 2019, but since that time the group have been relatively quiet. Whilst we're assuming that The Horrors have been in the studio possibly working on a new album, they have unveiled a new single titled 'Lout'.

The Ninth Wave Share The Twilight Sad Remix of ‘Happy Days!’

Glasgow band The Ninth Wave have been firing off a number of remixes from their 'Unhappy Days!' remix EP. Having unveiled reworks from Dream Wife, Working Men's Club and Mogwai, they now step forth with The Twilight Sad remix of their song 'Happy Days!' which is dubbed as the title cut of the EP. A menacing 4x4 ripper, the production encompasses elements of dance and industrial rolled up into one stomping version that absolutely crushes.

Nina Kraviz to Release ‘Hot Steel’ Compilation via Her трип Imprint

Nina Kraviz is set to release a new compilation titled 'Hot Steel' via her трип label. Out June 19th, the concept of the album emerged from her live stream at Moscow’s Mutabor back on May 3rd. What initially began as a call for emerging artists to send over tracks for the event, eventually morphed into Kraviz putting together an entire compilation. Musically styles range from techno to glitch and experimental electronica.
