Bristol mainstays IDLES have shared a new cover of the Sharon Van Etten cut 'Peace Signs'. The original version appears on Van Etten's 2010 LP 'Epic'. Beefing up the instrumentation with their colossal brand of punk, IDLES deliver thundering drums underneath whipping guitar lines, all topped off with front man's Joe Talbot's in your face delivery.

Hull band Life have unveiled a new remix of their track 'Switching On' courtesy of guitarist Mark Bowen of IDLES. Sonically bold and intense, Bowen pulls from an industrial blueprint, incorporating sinister guitar riffs, lashing snares, distortion and more. Like a musical attack directly from the front line, the groundwork of the original version is firmly embedded in the rework.
