Having recently shared their brilliant track 'Heaven', London duo Alpines now unveil a sharp video to accompany the track. Directed by Hugo Jenkins, the visuals display a series of individual situations all filmed in a stylish manner.
In a press statement pertaining to the video, Alpines wrote:
"For this video we worked closely with director Hugo Jenkins on the treatment. We wanted to try and represent the breadth of human emotion through a spectrum of incredible characters. That no matter who you are or where you are from, every person matters and every feeling matters."
London pair Alpines have announced the release of their second album Another River', which follows their 2014 debut LP 'Oasis'. Scheduled to land October 28th on Metropolis Recordings, the new work is a 10-song body finding the duo tapping further into their branding of silky r&b/pop hybrids, always dripping with sophistication. They have also set things off in the right direction with their lead single off the album entitled 'Heaven'. The gorgeous tune is backed by tribal drums with singer Catherine Pockson's vocals dripping over the production smoother than honey.
