The Physics House Band are seriously not from this planet. Releasing their 'Horizons/Rapure' EP back in 2013, the Brighton-based trio let off a whirlwind of otherwordly psychedelic, prog-rock, cosmic jazz and dark krautrock, whipped into one mind-blowing record that completely blew the doors off the hinges. So after a four year gap, the group returned the studio and, well, simply got even better. 'Calypso' finds The Physics House Band unleashing a deeper and quite frankly phenomenal shot of spaced-out pysch. Racing like a Porsche on the motorway, 'Calypso' is the epitome of musical excellence roping the sounds of the past, skipping the present and venturing straight into the future.

Nothing short of forward-thinking, the four track release grabs elements of the past whilst pushing electronic music clearly into depths of the future.
