SunSplash Festival announces artists

Held in Turkey at the Hotel Su located in Antalya, the SunSplash Festival makes it to another year with the best in electronica, nu-jazz, soul, reggae and more enjoyable sounds within the luxury of beautiful surroundings. The line ups this years includes Gilees Peterson, Jamie Lidell, Mad Professor, Rainter Trueby, Norman Jay, Atjazz, Phil Asher and more. Turkey’s ‘Biggest Little Festival’ is pleased to announce more heavyweight artists to its 2013 line up.

JAMIE LIDELL returns to SunSplash with a newly released self titled album, his 5th for Warp records, and a solo tour that is already selling out venues across Europe. Expect a thrilling ride from the original master of electronic soul.

MAD PROFESSOR has been instrumental in taking dub from analogue through to the digital age. Having championed critical acclaim for his collaborations and contributions to the scene, the musical tastemaker will be sure to provide a sweltering show, drenched in first-class Reggae, Roots and Dub.

SHUYA OKINO (Kyoto Jazz Massive) has made a massive contribution to music in Japan and around the world as a DJ, writer, producer and promoter. He plays at SunSplash for the first time, showcasing his unique brand of nu jazz, soul and house.

SIMBAD is famed for his warm and infectious dance floor stormers, the illustrious producer and deejay seamlessly combines his love for Techno, House and everything in between.

Other acts already confirmed for 2013 include Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay, Phil Asher, Kirk Degiorgio, Lefto, Rainer Trüby, Atjazz, Koreless, DJ Cliffy, Stuart Patterson, Tim Keenoy, Ahu, Kaan Duzarat and more…
