Whilst L.A. Peach are actually based in London and not Los Angeles, their latest single ‘Amateur’ is a dreamy cut that can’t help but make one imagine sunshine, beaches and clear, blue skies opposed to rain and grey gloom. A lustful 80s pop styled offering with a modern indie twist, ‘Amateur’ is a cool-out piece that deals with the early stages of a relationship. The tune is taken from the band’s forthcoming EP Welcome to L.A. Peach, which is out November 18th.

Discussing ‘Amateur’, frontman John James Davies said:

“‘Amateur’ is about that sweet, sweaty, sticky feeling of a new romance, the way it pours its way into all the cracks like honey! And then before you know it, it’s love. It’s that honeymoon period, but it lasts forever.”
