Dublin artist Hillary Woods has released her new EP Feral Hymns via the Sacred Bones label. The record is available not only on all digital platforms but has dropped on cassette, which is limited to 300 copies in total.

Comprised of 5 separate compositions, each titled with only numbers, Woods have created a haunting soundscape rich with texture, reflective of ritualistic chants that swarm around audible imagery of the sun’s setting amidst our earthly habitat.

Touching on the EP, Hillary Woods stated:

“A collection of hymns set at dusk. Speckled memory, dust, earth, grit, ritual and chant – purged in the shadows. Unspoken bonds, primal pain, cyclical patterns, unsent love letters. Homemade recordings, made at home.”
