Savages vocalist Jehnny Beth will join punk legend Dr John Cooper Clarke and Eric Burdon from The Animals and War for a debate on the state of rock and roll in the present day, hosted by BBC Radio 6 presenter Lauren Laverne. Part of BBC’s Rock ‘n’ Roll season airing July 24th on BBC 4, the discussion was recorded this month at 100 Club in London. The presentation will include exclusive video footage by Noel Gallagher, Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, Alabama Shakes’ Brittany Howard and more. The show will also include discussions on politics and history, as well as the impact of rock in today’s society.
