If you have followed Los Angeles singer Psychic Love over the past few years, you’ll know that she has shared a number of killer garage and alternative bits such as ‘Medicine’ and ‘The Weekend’. She now returns with a hazy, sun-drenched tasting of dream pop and alt/grunge that is so infectious, you’ll imagine yourself cruising down Sunset Blvd. in L.A. in a convertible with the top down, enjoying life to the fullest. Whilst her vocals are reminiscent of Alice Mosshart of The Kills, Psychic Chic is definitely carving out a lane of her own. We’re hoping that this track will get released soon. Have a listen.
