About: Abstract Butta Fingas was born on the 17th of February 1977, and given the name Mbela Ngale Endeley, in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. His mother and father recipients of the post colonial project to educate Africa’s Future leaders had completed their studies and moved their new three person family back first to Cameroon, where the Endeley family is from, then to Nigeria the home of his Grandmother.
19 years later, due to political strife and civil unrest, ABF (as he is also known) was forced to move back to his birth country to finish his studies in Architecture. After graduating from college and situating himself deep into a career in Architecture, he began to pursue his love of music first by Deejaying and then producing his own compositions via the MPC and other electronic gadgets and sounds.
In August of 2008, he released his first full length album, ‘Because I’m beautiful’ with the help of the Anodyne Electric Co. Since then he has released an EP (the Sleeper) and a second LP ( The Rise of the Elephant Kingdom) with a Macedonian based label called Filter. In 2010, he helped co-found the Neckbreakers Crew, with acts like Kid Static, DirtRaid, Depakote, Ravage beats and Fish$cale added to his original crew, the 5signs, they are poised to take California and the Globe by a slow but steadily migrating storm.
