Pinch is included in the list of producers who helped to shape the sound of dubstep. Having released records such as “War Dub & Alien Tongue” with P Dutty in 2005 on his Tectonic label and various 12 inches on Planet Mu such as “Qawwali”, his 2007 debut album “Underwater Dancehall” showcased Pinch’s ability to create a sound that traveled journeys through space, time and complete openess that resulted in one of the best dubstep albums created. “MIA 2006-2010” is a collection of B-sides, Remixes and selected songs between the dates of 2006 to 2010. This should satisfy fans of the genre who are truly interested in listening to the progression of the music.
