Regarding the track, Ophelia’s Eden stated:

“‘She’ is about reconnecting with the world and understanding the immense power of nature. I was inspired to write the song after the pandemic because I felt there was a common uncertainty felt for our future. It seems there are global disasters constantly happening around us. So I wrote this song to inspire myself and people around me that our planet is an incredible place, we just have to shift our focus on the positives.”
