London’s Night Tapes make their return with a new single called ‘Serene’. The song is taken from their forthcoming EP Perfect Kindness.

‘Serene’ finds the trio placing head-nodding, boom-bap drum programming underneath calming synth pads and a thumping bass line. The airy vocals of Iiris Vesik gives the tune a dream pop feel. The song pays homage to the ancient Greek Moon Goddess Serene, but also touches on one trying to run behind what is perceived as that perfect version of self.
