Over the years, techno pioneer Jeff Mills has transcended the titles of producer and DJ, adding scientific data translator, art curator, and now film star to his extensive list of credentials. On February 2nd, the Jacqueline Caux directed film “Man From Tomorrow” will debut at the Louvre in Paris. Taken an unconventional approach by using imagery and the music of Mills to evoke feeling without one specific storyline or narrative, “Man From Tomorrow” is a continuation of Jeff Mills’ working between, and merging the world of fine art and sound.
Jeff Mills recently released his latest recording “Chronicles of Possible Worlds”, a CD/DVD package commissioned by the Foundation Vasarely France, combining art, music, and live performance all revolving around the subject of extra solar planets.
