Australia’s Mallrat makes her return with a new, bubbly single titled ‘Uninvited’. The synth-heavy twist of electronic pop deals with the teen’s desire to literally wish she wasn’t invited to a party after finding out that the boy who she wishes was there isn’t. There is a sort of youthful innocence that shines throughout the song, with the production remaining steadily addicting. The song is the title track taken from her forthcoming EP out August 12th.
