Oakland band The Tambo Rays have shared their latest track ‘Always Down’, an ode to friendship support. A sun-shimmering and feel-good taste of indie pop, there is an upbeat spirit that soars throughout the production as light-hearted vocals float atop. The single is taken from The Tambo Rays’ forthcoming EP Recharge, out July 17th via OIM Records.

Touching on the track siblings Sara and Brian DaMert wrote:

“‘Always Down’ is an uplifting song written about being there for a friend going through dark times. While holding a strong, loving space, all we could do was acknowledge their sadness and bare witness, gently knowing we’re always there.”
