On Feb. 23, jazz vocalist Melanie De Biasio will drop the remix album of her critically acclaimed LP No Deal. Selected by DJ, radio presenter and Brownswood label boss Gilles Peterson, various producers across the electronic circuit have contributed a rework including EELs, The Cinematic Orchestra and Hex, just to name a few. For her song “I’m Gonna Leave You”, producer Clap! Clap! gives it a scattering, future jazz meets afrobeat twist. No Deal Remixed will get released via Play It Again Sam. Have a listen.
